Our rates

Download our current rates for residential customers below. Our rates vary depending on where you live, which pricing option you are on, how much electricity you use and how your meter is set up.

Rates include government levies and GST. Not all power companies include GST in their rates - so if you're making a comparison, you may need to add 15% to theirs!

Rates may change from time to time and on 30 days’ notice to existing customers, in accordance with our Standard Terms.

Who's my network company?

Local network/lines companies are responsible for the distribution of electricity from the national grid to individual homes and businesses. They also maintain the power lines that carry electricity via power poles and lines from the national transmission grid across New Zealand.
