The world's first power utility application on the App Store that gives you the power to buy electricity wherever you are, whenever you like. You can also update your meter reads, check your daily usage, your remaining units & how many days of power you’ve purchased and choose from a range of electricity products in the shop.

What happens when I top up my account?

This is just like a regular auto-purchase that occurs after each account review. When you top up we will email you confirming the purchase and the amount owing, and indicate when we will take this money using your preferred payment method. You can pay using a different method before this due date if you choose. If you did not authorise this purchase call us and we will cancel it, or you can use the standard 48 hour refund link on the statement page.

Why can't I buy specials and other products using the iPhone?

We have deliberately limited purchasing to just "top-up" your account with your preferred product and payment method. We have done this to protect you from rogue or hacked apps and unauthorised transactions from your phone. The worst that can ever happen is that your account will be topped up to a zero balance and you will be emailed in advance of any money being taken from your account or credit card to allow you to intervene if necessary. You can however see the prices of all products on the iPhone app that will allow you to keep an eye out for specials.

The app won't allow me to top up, why?

You can only top up if your account balance is less than zero.

I would like my app in a different colour, is that possible?

Sure, if you roll your own app. Details can be found here.

No, not yet (also, see answer 6 - you can roll your own).
